Bureau Head( PKB): The much awaited demand for VD College to become University was formally declared. By this declaration of Higher Education, govt of odisha, the long- Pending aspirations of many students got fulfilled. People belonging to undivided koraput district especially of Jeypore, expressed their gratitude to beloved CM, Naveen Patnaik for this declaration. As it is well known that CM, Naveen Patnaik would be the Chief Guest in the platinum Jublee celebration of Vikram Dev University on 3rd February 2023. Just a day before his scheduled visit to Jeypore, the declaration has not only made the students, staff and people in general of Jeypore cheerful but also made them remain indebted to revered CM, Naveen Patnaik.
Different developmental Projects worth about 1596 crores were slated to be declared by CM on the platinum Jublee celebration on 3rd feb 2023. The general people of Jeypore are anticipating funds declaration towards the glorification and transformation of Jagarnath Sagar, the second largest pond of odisha. There is probability that Chief Minister has approved 100 crores for the renaissance of the historical Jagarnath Sagar.
In addition to this, most of the parents including thousands of children aspire for the establishment of Kendriya Vidyalaya at Jeypore. The govt of odisha has provided required lands and also made renovation of a big building for temporary classes of Kendriya Vidyalaya but the negligence of Central Govt. including the Union Education Minister is severely criticized for not showing any interest for Kendriya Vidyalaya at Jeypore in koraput district of odisha.
