Balangir : The Balangir District Level Junior Red Cross(JRC) Study- Cum -Training Camp has just been inaugurated at Govt. Bijayananda High School, Belgaon, Saintala Block of Balangir District. The colourful Inauguration session was presided over by Sj. Dhruba Charan Behera, DEO,Balangir. Inaugurating the Camp the Chief Guest Sj. Chanchal Rana (IAS) ,Collector-Cum-DM, Balangir urged the assembly of Students to be passionate and updated with a view to render social service through Red Cross and to implement different JRC Activities reloaded with Humanitarian Values and upgrade the values of belongingness right from school point to State and National level. Narayan Mishra, HM, Bijayananda High School has welcome the gethering and Sj.Nilamani Patel , HM, Chhatamakhna High School passed the vote of thanks. The camp was housed with the representation of 721 Juniors and Counsellors form 14 Blocks of Balangir. Sj. Digambara Naik , Sj. Nilamani Patel, Sj. Dillip Joshi acted as the Observer of the camp. The activities and programmes wre conducted by the team of Resource Persons (RP), namely, Ram Narayan Dash, Prabhakara Chhanda, Ghanashyam Meher, Rabindra Thetual, Chittaranjan Panda, Hemanta Padhan and the group of Headmasters Chandla Mishra, Deng High school, Saroj Mishra, Kermeli HS, Manoj Behera, HM, Siskela HS, Nibedita Hota, HM SSD school,Saintala, Abhimanyu Sahu, HM, Ghunsar HS, Jayashree Sahoo , HM. Keumal HS , Retd. Teacher Nagendra Prasad Bastia, BCC Hemanta Bemal, Suresh Mishra, Duryodhan Pasayat , Deepaksen Dhrua , Ranjita Mishra respectively. The report was presented by the Dist.
