Bhubaneswar: Indian Railways is gearing up to unveil Vande Bharat sleeper coaches, a long-anticipated addition to their fleet.
Union Railway Minister, Ashwini Vaishnaw, took to microblogging platform X to share images of these innovative train coaches. These much-anticipated sleeper cars are slated for a debut in early 2024 and promise to revolutionize the travel experience for passengers.
The Vande Bharat sleeper coaches are set to introduce a slew of modern amenities, including wider berths, well-lit interiors, roomy restroom facilities, a compact pantry, and advanced safety features. Moreover, these new trains are poised to be more energy-efficient and environmentally conscious compared to their predecessors.
