New Delhi: Ex-Indian Cricket Gautam Gambhir shocked his fans by announcing his decision to end ties with his IPL franchise Lucknow Super Giants (LSG).
After being associated with two-time champions Kolkata Knight Riders, the cricket became a part of the newest IPL Franchise LSG just two years back in 2022.
Although Gambhir failed to get LSG a trophy in his tenureship, the team did manage to make it to the playoffs two consecutive times in the years 2022 and 2023.
Announcing his decision to go separate ways with LSG, Gambhir took to his Twitter (X)and wrote, “As I Announce the end of my impeccable journey with Lucknow Super Giants, I am filled with love and immense gratitude towards all the players”.
