Three jawans injured in landmine explosion by Maoists in Odisha – N.F Times



Bhubaneswar: A landmine explosion by Maoists at Batepanga forest on Boudh-Kandhamal border in Odisha left three SOG jawans injured, today.

The blast took place when the security forces were conducting a combing operation in the area on the basis of tip-off regarding movement of Maoists in the forest.

Following the incident, two teams were sent to the spot to rescue the injured jawans.

Combing operation was intensified in the region after the explosion.
