Bhubaneswar: Noted Odia litterateur Satakadi Hota passed away today here. He was 95.
The Editor of Odia daily ‘Samay’ was the President of Odisha Sahitya Akademi from March 6, 2013 to March 5, 2016.
The Odia litterateur has penned many timeless poems, novels, short stories and essays. He was awarded the Sahitya Bharati Samman for 2018.
Besides, Hota was a strong organiser. He was the President of Bhubaneswar Book Fair.
