Bhubaneswar: An Odisha State Road Transport Corporation (OSRTC) bus overturned at Ranipather Ghat in Kantamal area of Odisha’s Boudh district today, injuring at least 15 passengers.
As per reports, the ill-fated vehicle carrying around 40 passengers was heading towards Phulbani from Angul. The driver of the bus lost control over the wheels, following which it hit a road divider, turned turtle and fell into ghat.
The victims were rescued and taken to the nearby Community Health Centre (CHC) at Purunakatak for treatment.
Police have started investigation into the matter.
