Puri: The Governor of Odisha Sri Raghubar Das visited Puri Srimandir on Friday and offered prayer to Lord Jagannath and his siblings.
“Today I had the good fortune of visiting and worshipping Mahaprabhu Sri Jagannath in Puri with my family. I prayed to Mahaprabhu for the welfare and prosperity of all the citizens of India including Odisha”, Sri Das said.

The Governor congratulated all those candidates who won the general election 2024 with the blessings of Lord Jagannath and said, “Whatever has happened in Odisha is because of the will of Lord Jagannath. A lot of work needs to be done to end the poverty in the heart of rich Odisha along with the development of Odisha. Until the formation of the new government, various public welfare schemes will be implemented”, Das added.
