Cuttack: A bike-borne brother-sister duo was killed after being hit by a car near Bhattarika chhak under Badamba police station limits in Cuttack district on Monday.
The angry crowd blocked the road after the incident. Police on receiving the information reached the scene and initiated a probe into the matter.
