Bhubaneswar: 13 Deputy Secretaries have been promoted to the rank of Joint Secretary in the OSS cadre in Level 14 of the Pay Matrix of ORSP Rules, 2017 on an ad-hoc basis till the concurrence of the OPSC or their retirement whichever is earlier.
