Puri: Police arrested 12 snatching gang members and seized about 70 mobile phones from their possessions, an official said on Tuesday.
Most of the snatchers are minor boys and also there are three women included in the theft.
The mobile phones were kept at the Town Singhadwar and Seabeach police stations.
