Jajpur: A patient was killed while four others sustained critical injuries after an ambulance crashed into a roadside tree in Jajpur district on Friday.
As per reports, the mishap occurred while the ambulance carrying the patient was returning from Cuttack after treatment in a private hospital. Near Barhampur area under Binjharpur police station, the vehicle crashed into a tree. As a result, the patient inside it was killed. Also, three of the patient’s relatives and the ambulance driver were critical.
