Bhubaneswar: IAS officer Bishnupada Sethi has taken charge as the principal secretary to the government of the Department of ST & SC Development, Minorities, and Backward Classes Welfare.
Upon assuming his new role, he met with senior department officers to assess the progress of current initiatives and explore strategies for enhancing the welfare of Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, minorities, and backward classes.
