Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has declared September 9 as a holiday in honour of the Nuakhai Festival.
Notably, since Nuakhai is observed on September 8th, which is a Sunday, the following day, September 9th, will also be a holiday.
On this occasion, all state government offices, magisterial courts, and educational institutions will remain closed.
