New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Union Minister for Railways, Communications, and Electronics & Information Technology, Ashwini Vaishnaw, launched a comprehensive booklet detailing the achievements and initiatives of the Modi government in its first 100 days of the third term.
Addressing the media, Amit Shah highlighted the political stability and policy implementation that have marked the initial phase of Modi 3.0. “The people of India have once again placed their trust in Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his vision for the nation. This booklet is a testament to the government’s unwavering commitment to development, security, and welfare,” Shah stated.
The booklet outlines several key accomplishments, including the approval of infrastructure projects worth ₹15 lakh crore, the introduction of new policies aimed at enhancing internal and external security, and significant strides in social welfare programs. Shah emphasized the government’s focus on providing homes, toilets, gas connections, drinking water, electricity, and healthcare facilities to millions of underprivileged citizens.
Ashwini Vaishnaw, speaking at the event, underscored the technological advancements and digital initiatives undertaken by the government. “In the last 100 days, we have made remarkable progress in the fields of digital infrastructure and connectivity, ensuring that the benefits of technology reach every corner of the country,” Vaishnaw remarked.
The booklet also highlights India’s strengthened position on the global stage, with a robust foreign policy that has garnered international recognition. “For the first time since Independence, the world has seen a foreign policy with a backbone under the Modi government,” Shah added.
