Bureau Chief PKB: In a dramatic turn of events, the deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Pidika Rajanna Dora entering into the controversial KOTIA region and its surrounding periphery inaugurated the foundation stone laying ceremony. It was reported that the laying of foundation stone for the proposed road at kodama near Phagunasineri was inaugurated by the Deputy CM which has erupted fresh controversy once again.
Further, the people belonging to Kodama were learnt to have been demanding for the construction of road with warning to the authorities of the neighbouring state Andra Pradesh. They were known to have given verbal warning to merge with odisha if the administration failed to provide them the required road at kodama. With an estimate cost of around 11.36 crores, the road would be construed as per the sources. This road with all preparedness earlier by odisha government was known to have been inaugurated but the cunning politics of Andhra Pradesh to capture more number of our surroundings and property is highly suspected as the concerned road would connect Narayana Patna and Bandhugon through KOTIA. Around twenty one Gram Panchayats of kodama would get connection to Salure and Parbatipuram through the proposed plan of this route as communicated by the sources.
