SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant celebrated Vishwakarma Pooja with fervour on September 17, 2022. Different sections from various departments celebrated the day with enthusiasm. Decorations with grandeur were organised both inside and outside the Plant.
Shri Anirban Dasgupta, Director I/c (BSP) visited numerous departments since 9 am in the morning to witness the pooja festivities. He gave his best wishes to employees and urged them to follow Safe work practices. During his visit to the Plant, Shri Dasgupta was accompanied by Shri Anjani Kumar, ED (Works), Shri Tapan Sutradhar, ED (Mines), Shri M M Gadre, ED (P & A), Shri S Mukhopadhyay, ED (Projects), Dr. M Ravindranath, CMO I/c (M & HS) and other Sr. officers.
Shri Anirban Dasgupta began his visit in Ispat bhavan’s C & IT department. Then, he paid obeisance to Lord Vishwakarma in HRD Workshop # 1. Shri Dasgupta and other Sr. officers visited Projects, Roll Turning shop, T & D, CED and Mechanical, Universal Rail Mill, Rail and Structural Mill, Wire rod Mill, Merchant Mill, Bar and Rod Mill, SMS 3, Electrical, Blast Furnace 8, RCL, Power and Blowing station, Blast Furnace, Water management, Coke Oven and Coal Chemical department, SP 3 , RMP 3, OHP, RMP 2, RED 1 & RED 2, SMS 2, SP 2, Plate mill, MRD, PS Stores, Garage, Foundry and Pattern shop, Fire Brigade and conveyed their best wishes to the employees.
