Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao expressed happiness over Hyderabad city receiving the prestigious “International Association of Horticulture Producers” (AIPH) awards

Hyderabad : On the occasion of Hyderabad winning the international “Green City Award – 2022” and “Living Green for Economic Recovery and Inclusive Growth” awards, CM KCR congratulated Municipal and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao, Special Chief Secretary Arvind Kumar and GHMC staff.
CM said that, these international awards have further strengthened the reputation of Telangana and the country. These international awards are a proof that the state government is strongly implementing the Haritaharam and urban development programs… giving green fruits to the country., CM KCR said.
“It is a matter of pride that Hyderabad is the only city from India to be selected for these international awards.” CM KCR said.
Cm said that, the efforts of the state government made through Haritaharam, and the environmental positive policies being adopted, has made, not only Telangana but India, to stand proud on the global green stage, and this is something the whole world should be proud of.
On this occasion, CM KCR called upon the people, public representatives and officials of Telangana state to continue the hard work towards formation of Green India by making the state more green Telangana.
