Ganjam : A cow was seriously injured by an accident. When it come to the notice of the DY Commissioner Mr Binod Behera he was deeply saddened. Immediately he brought to the notice of the veterinary department and the social worker, animal lover and reporter Lalatendu Choudhury. Mr.Choudhury arrived in the spot and by the help of the doctor and the Staff of district. Veterinary Hospital the injured cow was given first aid treatment and rescued. However the noble work of the Dy commissioner veterinary employees and the animal lover Choudhury is praised by one and all. It is nevertheless to say that during Covid 19 the stray Animals were provided with food by the Dy commissioner and revenue officer Binod Kumar Behera which shows his humanity.
