Ganjam : The minister of state for Railways, handloom and textiles, Govt of India Smt. Darshana Jardosh had been on 3 days tour to Berhampur parliamentary constituency on Monday. In the afternoon a confidential meeting was conducted in the Circuit House among BJP leaders and workers of the district regarding different issues and take steps accordingly to shout- it- out. In the evening Hon’ble Minister attended the BJP core- committee meeting of Berhampur MP constituency. In the Press meet the central minister described different public development work of central govt. She also briefed that popular public welfare projects of Central Govt. are being taken credit by state Govt. banners changing the name of the Yojanas. She described her displeasure about non-cooperation of the state Govt. for implementing Central Govt. Schemes and the development of handloom and textiles. On the question raised by the journalists about direct train connection to Surat, Mumbai, New Delhi, Puri from Brahmapur, the Hon’ble minister predicted that She is from Surat parliamentary constituency & know about 10 lakhs migrant from Ganjam are working at Surat, the minister said that the development of railway and renovation of the platforms are under progress. So the co-operation and co-ordination of state Govt. is highly essential for the public welfare. No development work of the central govt schemes can be worked without the co-ordination of the odisha Govt. Among others BJP State General Secretary Lekhashree Samant Singhar, Vice-president Bhrugu Boxi Patro, District BJP President Bibhuti Bhusan Jena, District Prabhari Ashok Mishra, Senior Leader Kanhu Charan Pati, Manoranjan Dyan Samantara, Prasant Kar, Sunil Kumar Sahu and other BJP leaders and workers were present in the press conference.
