Ganjam : A welcome meeting was organised in the Department of Commerce of Gopalpur College, Ganjam in view of greeting the freshers by the senior students on thursday.The meeting was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Principal of the College Dr.Ram Prasad Panda. He advised the students to be more conscious in building their career. HOD of Commerce Dr.Manoj Patnaik addressed the students focusing on the significance of conducting welcome meeting and establishing healthy relationship between students and teachers. The other dignitories on the dais are Dr.Ram Chandra Jena, HOD of Pol Sc., Dr Girish Chandra Behera HOD of English and Dr.Niharika Padhy Lecturer in Commerce. The +3 5th semester students Soumya and +3 3rd semester Supriya organised the meeting successfully with the cooperation of other students. At last +3 3rd semester Bhavani offered vote of thanks. The DEO G.Ganesh and other employees of the College also extended their cooperation in conducting the meeting.
