Golden Hour Hero felicitation to Ram Narayan Dash

Bhubaneswar : The Red Cross Volunteer Sj. Ram Narayan Dash was felicitated as the Golden Hour Hero all by the Department of Road and Transport, Odisha with the coordination of Kalinga Trust at Utkal Mandap, Bhubaneswar. In a prolific meeting organized in lavish manner at Bhubaneswar the Hon’ble Member of Parliament Smt. Sulata Deo, MP Rajya Sabha, Dr. Soumendra Priyadarshi (IPS), Commissionarate Police BBSR & CTC, Shri Sanjeeb Kumar Biswal (IPS), Joint Transport Commisioner, Dr. Pradeep Majhi, Special Advisor SC and STS Council, Govt. of Odisha, , DGP, MD, Civil Supplies, Kerala, Dr. Dillip Routray, IAS, OSD to Chief Secretary, Govt.of Odisha, Shri Partha Sarathi Mishra (IAS), Add. Secretary Public Enterprises, Govt. of Odisha, Shri Sidhanta Mohapatra, Eminent Olywood Actor & Ex-Mp Lokasabha, Dr. Akshya Kumar Rout, MD, Sushruta Hospital,Dr. Alok Srivastava,COO, Apolo Hospital, Sri Akash Das Nayak, Eminent Olywood Actor & Chairman Mo College, Dr. Nilanjana Mukherjee, MD, Kalinga Hospital, K.Tamanna, coordinator of this Programme, Dr. Chidatmika Khatua, Formal Indian Red Cross Society , Odisha State Branch Secretary General , Major Dr. Kalpana Dash, and in many other established personality attended and honoured Sj Ram Narayan Dash, the RAKSAHAK Master Trainer and Govt. State Awarded Social Worker Teacher,Govt Upgraded High School, Deng, Balangir, blended with Road Safety and First Aid as the “Golden Hour Hero” with memento and certificate all for his endeavour taken to rescue lives of Road Side Victims who met serious road accidents in this year. Sj. Ram Narayan Dash has been nominated as the ‘Brand Ambassador’ to popularize the exercises on protecting the lives of vulnerable ones and victims of road accidents with a view to minimize the death toll all across the 30 districts of Odisha. Needless to say that Sj. Ram Narayan Dash who has been placed as the teacher and Red Cross Counsellor of Deng High School of Balangir District and is born into an educated family of Nimna village, Subarnapur and whose father is Sj. Dinabandhu Dash and mother is Smt. Surekha Dash with social proclamation. Sj Ram Narayan Dash is the only Govt. Servant who had been the recipient of Social Worker from Govt of Odisha.
