Sonepur: Three youths went missing today evening as they allegedly fell off a bridge on Tel river in Subarnapur district, after meeting with an accident.
The youths were identified as Satyaraj Hans, Barun Salma and Ashokraj Hans from Damamunda village of Boudh district.
According to a source, the youths were on their way from Sonepur to Manamunda in the district when they met with an accident. A speeding car hit the two-wheeler on which they were travelling.
“We suspect that the youths might have fallen into the river,” some locals expressed.
“Intensity of head-on collision in the road mishap was strong enough,” an eyewitness stated.
Driver of the car fled from the spot soon after the road mishap.
A frantic search was launched by some locals but the youths were not traced out till the time when this report was filed.
